This is the second time he has fallen asleep in time out, but the first time Court woke him just as I was about to take the picture.

RC Track
This is where my husband goes every Saturday, this is why I am a weekend widow. Luckily he takes Casey and Tyler with him and now Court is trying to get in on that action. This particular time he took Court and Aiden and I came out later to see how things were going. The boys work hard while they are at the track. They Marshal for Dad and help out some of the other drivers too. They run from one end of the track to the other flipping over cars and resetting them back on the track.

They have an upper deck for better viewing and driving, this is where we were most of our visit.
Chad gave each of the kids a chance to drive.

He even let me drive...that did not turn out so great. I broke the boys car, but it was only a $15.00 piece and he even had a back up part already, so it was OK....right :)
Sorry boys!

It was so fun to watch the boys be pit crew for Dad. They know how to fill the gas when dad comes in for a refill. Court even learned how to set the car back on the track so dad could continue.

As we were getting ready to go I noticed this sign. The track is called the nitro pit. but wait look at the sign bellow it... Yes the Danger one. This is where my kids come to play every weekend. When they are not helping daddy they are gallivanting off with the other kids, playing in the dirt, the desert and hopefully looking out for desert critters.
Check out my mad skills. Notice how great I am at keeping the car on the track where it should be :)
Student of the month
Casey got student of the month in March. He got it for a recognition of Trustworthiness. We went to a small assembly to recognise the students of the months for the last quarter. I'm so proud of you Casey, good job. Tyler said he got student of the month a few months ago but forgot to give me the paper so good job Tyler too. :)

It's gross, but i'm posting it anyway
I heated chili in the microwave and did not cover it. I know bad idea. I didn't think I could stand having my arms up and at such an angle long enough to clean this mess so I asked Chad to clean it for me. He said OK and then he didn't do it. A day went by and the chili was cooked on more as we continued to use it. More days went by and I got a lecture about how if I covered the bowl with a napkin it would not have splattered. Weeks went by and the chili was now really cooked onto the sides and crevasses of the microwave. Then one day I realised Chad works very hard and even when he is home he is still working hard on his own business. If I wait for him to clean the microwave it may be months and months, so I got a bowl of water and a stool and climbed up there myself and cleaned the microwave.
It is beautifully clean now and it didn't kill me and even though he may not notice I cleaned it for him :) or really for myself because I could have done this myself in the first place. At first I refused because I had asked him and he said he would, so out of principal I was not going to do it. In the end I was glad to do it and glad it got done no matter who did it. Thanks babe for all the work you do for us out side of cleaning the microwave. You are so busy and I want you to know I recognize your efforts and am grateful for them and also for putting up with me for these last 8 months :)
Pure Joy
One night we got soda in cans, not something we usually have. after we were done Aiden was stacking them up and blowing them over. He would get so excited when they fell over. I loved the look on his face and had to get it on camera.

Midnight Show
Some friends of mine were taking their girls to the midnight premier of Alice in Wonderland. I was not going to go since I didn't think I would last past midnight, but at the last minute I decided Casey would get a kick out of going so I decided to tough it out. Chad didn't want to see this movie any way so when else was I going to get the chance?

Casey, Allie, Savanna
The moms of the year. this is the first pic I have seen of myself recently... man I'm huge!
Casey loved that one mom snuck in some silly string and asked her to spray it in his hair. boys! We enjoyed the movie. It was not a crazy as I expected it to be. It was very visually stimulating and I enjoyed it a lot. Casey also enjoyed himself and was pretty good the next day. Any time he started to whine or fuss I would just look at him and he would take a deep breath and compose himself before continuing on with what he was about to say/complain about.
Cravings
I don't think I have craved any ONE thing during this pregnancy. Sometimes one particular think will sound good and I'll have to have to have it, but these have been sporadic things. I will say though that it is not a good idea to go grocery shopping while hungry. On this particular trip a pastry suddenly sounded good. I perused the bakery section and just could figure out what was going to hit the spot, except that it was to be a pastry of some sort. I continued shopping and came upon the Entenmann's display....A cheese filled coffee cake. PERFECT! Oh yummyness! Now to finish shopping. As I continued shopping, the need for the cheese filled yummyness got worse and worse. Finally check out. I made it to the car and immediately ripped into the box. I of course had no knife or fork for cutting in to the pastry so I had to just rip a chunk off.
One chunk was not enough...by the time I got home I had eaten a third of the whole thing. It didn't last more that another day. Oh it was yummy and it hit the spot. Till the next craving.
