baptism

Since Court turned 8 this year she became old enough o be baptised.  She was baptised  June 2nd since she missed the May date for baptisms.  Grandmas and grandpas were there from AZ and CA.  Aunts and cousins and some uncle (who were not working) were able to make it.

I cant believe how old she has become.  We are so proud of her and her decision to be baptized.  She is such a great big sister and a great little mother around the house.  Congratulation to our little princess.

Diamondbacks

After Tyler got the guy from the D-Backs to come to class He contacted Tyler's teacher and offered he tickets for the class to a game.  We went on the last day of school and had a great time.  Court and Brody stayed home with friends and Aiden got his first trip to a game.

We had lots of yummy stadium food which the LOVED!

Aiden got to go play in the kids play area which he LOVED!

It was so much fun to have this last experience with his teacher and at least half of his class.

After the game they were shooting off fire works so we went up to the top level for s good view.

Bottle Rockets

Casey was so excited to make bottle rockets at the ends of 6th grade.  He just had to have skittles to weight it and then had to have more because his partner ate some.

I let him bring the cammera to school so he could get a shot of the flight since I was unable to be there

He was also able to get a shot of his class.

Last Honor roll for 5th grade

One more honor roll.  Good job T. He was on honor roll the last three quarters of the year!  So proud of him and all his hard work.

court's Birthday

For Court's date she took us to the mall and we had dinner in the food court.  great because she and daddy got subway and I got Panda. yea! everyone got what they wanted :).  She chose the mall because since she turned 8 she was finally allowed to get  her ears pierced!  She was so good and only flinched.  They don't have that loud metal gun anymore and I was even surprised at how quick and quiet it was.

After getting her ears done and while we ate we counted the rest of her money and discussed options and ideas for how to spend the rest.  She decided to go clothes shopping so we headed to children's place and I think she made out quite well if I do say so myself.  Being the girly girl she she is she absolutely loved picking thing out then trying them on in the dressing room.  Happy birthday sweet heart!

MOM!!!! Come quick!!!

One day I heard MOM!!!! MOM!!!! COME QUICK!!!!!!!

When I came downstairs and into the kitchen I was greeted to frantic kids in the kitchen and soap bubbles pouring out of the dishwasher.  I immediately knew what had happened and stopped the dishwasher and grabbed towels to mop up the bubbles.  After explaining to the kids that dawn dish soap does not go into the dishwasher, only dishwasher soap is used.  I figured there was no way to clean out the rest of the soap and we just had to let it run through.

Casey felt real bad about it since he was one to do it so I told him it was OK and I had always wondered if that would really happen or if was just something they did on TV.  That made him feel better and we were able to laugh about it.  I got this picture after we had already cleaned up the initial mess and had laid down towels to catch the rest.

Brody's 2nd birthday

I know it terrible, but I cant remember what we did for Bordy's birthday!  From this picture I can deduct that we went to Grandma and grandpa Kitchen's house and had birthday cake.  So Happy Birthday little guy :)
