dressing up

Not yet quite Halloween, but Tyler is headed off to a pirate party so we got out the costume box and dressed him for the occasion.
Aiden found this spider man costume and simply had to wear it!

one of Aidens Favorites

Aiden's new favorite food...seriously he asks for it all day every day for every meal is a "cheese in a dilla" it is a corn tortilla and cheddar cheese quesadilla. The other kids don't like the corn tortillas so much, but he does and I like them too :)

1st food

Brody is still growing way to fast. We gave him his first food, now i cant remember the exact date but he is about 5 months old. I gave him some banana in this netted mesh thing that he can just hold and go to town on. He loved it and got nummy banana slime all over his face.

Cars

Tami got Adien this cars costume and he loves it. I loved this moment when he was wearing it and looking at his cars book!

ice cream rat returns!

When i was a kid mt dad would raid the freezer at night when all us kids were in bed. He would eat the ice cream and when it was discovered we would say that the Ice Cream Rat had stuck. Sometimes half the carton was missing! Well I think the ice cream Rat has been reincarnated. May I present evidence #1...cones.....
#2.....Ice cream ( my favorite by the way and not one I would willingly share)....
Behold the culprit!!!
One Saturday morning we were lazily lounging in bed when we heard one of the older kids exclaim "Aiden got Ice Cream for himself" Knowing that the only ice cream in the freezer was my beloved oh so yummy peanut butter cup and chocolate I jumped up and found the evidence of his sneaky mischief. Dang him, but it was cute and made me laugh so I had to get some pictures.

silly bands

I was having problems with my cammera not downloading to my computer so it has been forever since I post so now it's catch up time !!!

The new fad (and its funny cuz now a month later its pretty much over) is silly bands. Whoever invented these is a genius millionaire now. They are rubber band in different shapes which is so silly because one you put it on your wrist you cant even tell what shape you have, but whatever. We (the PTO) sold them after school for a couple of months and they made us some good money.
The kids collected them and traded them and fought over them when so and so took so and so's dinosaur!!

Aiden even got in on that business. he loved them but would also brake them often. I don't think he was aware of the stretchy limitations.
